Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (VH)
  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 5 large tomatoes rough chop
  • 2 onions rough chop
  • 1 green pepper rough chop
  • 227 gr mushrooms cut into thick slices
  • 1 stick pack Superfood from the Sea

Chicken

  • 9-11 chicken thighs boneless

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients of sauce in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil.
  • Add chicken thighs, stir well to coat with sauce.
  • Cover and keep on slow boil for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Leave covered on no heat to set for 15 minutes.
  • Tear chicken apart, stir and serve over basmati rice. Enjoy!
